Mamaia Resort’s first participation at the world’s largest tourism fair

The largest tourism fair in the world gathers every year in London the most important professionals of the global tourism. WTM London means not only an impressive space in which events are staged in order to promote the most beautiful destinations around the world, but also an environment where business key players and personalities in the field meet and trace the future trends of the industry.

WTM London 2014, held in early November in the UK capital, marked a special date in the history of the fair – the 35th edition of this importand event which turns London, for afew days every year, into the pole of the global tourism industry. With an estimated 50,000 participants, the fair brought together about 5,000 exhibitors from over 180 countries. And this year marked a big premiere for our country, the Romanian pavilion attracting substantial attention thanks to the presence of Mamaia Resort.

The series of shows dedicated to Mamaia Resort were held in London from 3 to 6 November, and the program included the screening of the resorts’s official video presentation, fashion runways of well-known Romanian designers and unique moments in order to reflect those aspects that distinguish Mamaia on the map of the destinations worth visiting: events, clubs, parties, beaches.  

 

A successful partnership promotes Mamaia resort within the Romanian Tourism Fair

The Seaside- Danube Delta Tourism Promoting and Developing Association in collaboration with the Municipality of Constanta organized once again a series of events in order to promote the Mamaia resort.

Spectacular carnival costumes, professional dancers, video projection with the main Romanian seaside attractions, fashion shows and many other surprises made of Mamaia’s stand one of the most visited and attractive points at the Romexpo exhibition center.

The success of  Mamaia resort’s promotion events held within the Romanian Tourism Fair was due to the support of the Seaside- Danube Delta Association’s president, Corina Martin, who was personally involved in presenting the attractions offered on the Romanian coast.
