Mamaia Resort’s first participation at the world’s largest tourism fair

The largest tourism fair in the world gathers every year in London the most important professionals of the global tourism. WTM London means not only an impressive space in which events are staged in order to promote the most beautiful destinations around the world, but also an environment where business key players and personalities in the field meet and trace the future trends of the industry.

WTM London 2014, held in early November in the UK capital, marked a special date in the history of the fair – the 35th edition of this importand event which turns London, for afew days every year, into the pole of the global tourism industry. With an estimated 50,000 participants, the fair brought together about 5,000 exhibitors from over 180 countries. And this year marked a big premiere for our country, the Romanian pavilion attracting substantial attention thanks to the presence of Mamaia Resort.

The series of shows dedicated to Mamaia Resort were held in London from 3 to 6 November, and the program included the screening of the resorts’s official video presentation, fashion runways of well-known Romanian designers and unique moments in order to reflect those aspects that distinguish Mamaia on the map of the destinations worth visiting: events, clubs, parties, beaches.  

 

A successful partnership promotes Mamaia resort within the Romanian Tourism Fair

The Seaside- Danube Delta Tourism Promoting and Developing Association in collaboration with the Municipality of Constanta organized once again a series of events in order to promote the Mamaia resort.

Spectacular carnival costumes, professional dancers, video projection with the main Romanian seaside attractions, fashion shows and many other surprises made of Mamaia’s stand one of the most visited and attractive points at the Romexpo exhibition center.

The success of  Mamaia resort’s promotion events held within the Romanian Tourism Fair was due to the support of the Seaside- Danube Delta Association’s president, Corina Martin, who was personally involved in presenting the attractions offered on the Romanian coast.

 

The carnival attracts again the tourists to the seaside for the 2015 season

“Yes, definitely a part of our next year summer vacation will be spend in Mamaia,” answered enthusiastic one of the visitors from this autumn’s edition of Romanian Tourism Fair, after watching the carnival show held at Mamaia’s stand.

Three days, three unforgettable shows, artistic moments, fashion shows and stunning costumes were part of the most awaited summer event’s preview- Mamaia Carnival 2015. All those present at the Romanian Tourism Fair, even the exhibitors enjoyed a fabulous parade of carnival at Mamaia’s stand.

Whether they have lived or not the Mamaia carnival experience, those present at the show testified that are eager to see what surprises the 2015 edition is preparing.

 

Mamaia brings the fashion to the Romanian Tourism Fair, the autumn edition

Under the spotlights that illuminated the Mamaia’s catwalk, over 30 gorgeous models brought in front of the Romanian Tourism Fair’s visitors the latest trends in the Romanian fashion and not only.

Combining in an unique way the refinement with the feminine sensuality, the Cielle Couture creations surprised by eccentric shapes and fine materials. Atmosphere Fashion came this season with elegant, but comfortable items, indispensable in every woman’s wardrobe.

The show at Mamaia’s stand brought also two of the biggest names in the fashion Romanian industry – Catalin Botezatu and Clara Rotescu. A haute couture collection and a romantic one, absolutely psychedelic, delighted the eyes of hundreds of visitors to the fair.

And because every holiday should be spent with style, the latest collections of Mineli Boutique and Daniel Racovizza  were pointed on the fashion map in tourism. The Mamaia’s stand at the Romanian Tourism Fair, the autumn edition, was for three days the intersection of the couture and touristic luxury.

 

The Mamaia show attracts most of the Romanian Tourism Fair’s visitors

The autumn edition of the Romanian Tourism Fair was sprinkled between 13 and 16 November with many events and artistic moments. Among the various workshops, seminars and conferences, the incendiary carnival atmosphere of  Mamaia made his presence felt at Romexpo exhibition center.

The stand of the most popular destination on the Romanian coast- Mamaia, was definitely one of the most attractive points of the fair. A total of 17 651 visitors have entered the Romanian Tourism Fair in search of the perfect vacation, most of whom were attracted by the amazing performances organized at Mamaia’s stand.

No matter in which side of the center they were, the majority of the visitors came to the stage located in the C4 pavilion once the unique Mamaia show begun. Most of those present said they had come especially to taste the Mamaia carnival experience.

Mamaia opens the Romanian Tourism Fair with an amazing show

The events from Mamaia’s stand made the day of 13 November, the first day of the Romanian Tourism Fair, the autumn edition, a colorful and fun celebration.

The Romanian Tourism Fair’s visitors had the privilege of living the electrifying carnival emotions specific to Mamaia resort since the first day of this autumn’s fair edition. More than 30 beautiful models marched in spectacular costumes, inviting all those present to taste the fun of Mamaia.

Artistic moments with music, video projections capturing the most important attractions of Mamaia and special guests came in completing some truly eclectic fashion shows. The newest Cielle Couture and Atmosphere Fashion creations, along with the latest haute couture collection signed by Catalin Botezatu took the stage located in the C4 pavilion of Romexpo exhibition center.

Mamaia celebrated as in fairy tales three days in a row, promoting the Romanian seaside within this autumn’s edition of the Romanian Tourism Fair. Beautiful girls, electrifying music, spectacular carnival costumes and fascinating fashion shows made the delight of visitors, who could not resist the invitation to party.

By far one of the most impressive stands of the fair, the Mamaia resort’s scene, located in the C4 pavilion of Romexpo exhibition center hosted amazing parades, inedited video projections, numerous surprises with special guests.

For three days, Mamaia was one of the Romanian Tourism Fair’s highlights, each show ending on the incendiary rhythms of this summer’s hit – A lu’ Mamaia.

Scandal: Jessica Hart Booted Off

Australian model Jessica Hart was rumoured to have been booted off the show, caused by a candid remark about Taylor Swift’s performance last year. ‘I think, you know what, god bless her heart. I think she’s great,’ she said, speaking to WWD. ‘But, I don’t know, to me, she didn’t fit.’ Although it was not officially announced that Jessica would not be walking this year, the proof lay in the pudding! See if you can spot Jessica in last year’s show.

And even though the show has come and gone in the blink of an eye, there’s always exciting Victoria’s Secret news going on year round. And before you know it, the Summer 2015 swimwear range will be out and getting the media in a frenzy. Or, you could always ogle at the annual show pictures to keep entertained!

Victoria’s Secret Models Hit the British Fashion Awards Red Carpet!

As if their schedule wasn’t busy enough, Angel Karlie Kloss and VS models Joan Smalls and Lily Donaldson still managed to squeeze in a glamorous red carpet appearance before the Victoria’s Secret Show in London!

She had her mascara done in the back of the car on the way to the 2014 British Fashion Awards and still managed to make it to the “best dressed” list in a slinky, backless silk gown.

But Karlie wasn’t the only Victoria’s Secret model to make it the the awards ceremony on time. Joan Smalls arrived in a figure-hugging Tom Ford little black dress, while representing Team GB, model Lily Donaldson came wearing her million dollar smile as she sashayed through the paparazzi.
